1. Agreement to Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the ExtractiBill Chrome extension and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ExtractiBill is a Chrome extension that uses artificial intelligence to extract invoice-related data from emails and generate PDF invoices. The Service includes the browser extension, web application, and associated backend services.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Tier

The free tier includes 5 invoice extractions per month. No payment is required for the free tier.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Prices are in USD and subject to change with notice
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase

Usage Limits

Each subscription tier has a monthly extraction limit. Unused extractions do not roll over. If you exceed your limit, you may upgrade or wait until the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the software
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service excessively
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to process emails you do not have permission to access

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ExtractiBill and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and any invoices you generate.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to your email content and generated invoices. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your email content solely for the purpose of providing the extraction service. We do not claim ownership of your data and do not store your email content beyond the immediate processing session.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI-POWERED EXTRACTION MAY NOT BE 100% ACCURATE, AND YOU SHOULD REVIEW ALL EXTRACTED DATA BEFORE USE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXTRACTIBILL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExtractiBill and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the extension and requesting account deletion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
